I got BSOD and the laptop rebooted but it couldn't boot to Windows 8.1. It just hung up at msi logo. I tried to get to BIOS but could not. Everytime I turn it on it will hang up at msi logo. Hitting any button doesn't seem to work (bios setup...

I can't tell personally. But I think if you look through BIOS in OC or something based on CPU, it should tell.

Well according to its specs, yes it has 600ohm and so on. But if you buy some sound card for around $35-$40, you will notice a difference already.
I don't really know how these ohms work, so I can't answer it accurately.

As long as it works fine, doesn't give any BSODs, crashes and doesn't exceed safe temperatures, it is completely fine.

I would chase MSI Polska service, as it's currently them dealing with this issue.
First RMA process is usually through the store you bought it from, but if the issue persists like in this case, then it's the manufacturer to be chased.
